I am finding this error when trying to build docs with Franklin and Julia nightly

```julia
ERROR: Unsatisfiable requirements detected for package LibCURL_jll [deac9b47]:
 LibCURL_jll [deac9b47] log:
 ├─possible versions are: 8.0.1 or uninstalled (package in sysimage!)
 └─found to have no compatible versions left with GMT_jll [b68b8c3f]
```

I noticed that `libcurl 8.0.1` was recently merged in master. Does this mean that the `Libcurljll` artifact must be updated?
