I was able to write the MPS file successfully on Windows 10 running on a modern laptop.
This is the crux. If it works on one computer but not another, then it’s likely something specific about how your server is setup, and I don’t have any good ideas for how to go about debugging that. Perhaps talk to your sysadmin? It seems unrelated to JuMP (and probably Julia).
