# Juliaup: a modest suggestion

Unless you manually add them (and then you should be able also to use juliaup to list them and delete them), upgrading them removes the previous one as you can see from this older post [Why does juliaup delete the old versions?](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/why-does-juliaup-delete-the-old-versions/108193)
