`JuliaMath/Decimals.jl` has not seen a new release since January 2020. There are 8 open pull requests (one of those adding `tryparse` which could help with reading CSV files [Support tryparse by nicolamos · Pull Request #55 · JuliaMath/Decimals.jl · GitHub](https://github.com/JuliaMath/Decimals.jl/pull/55)).

Since the package is listed under `JuliaMath` organization I was wondering if there is a procedure at the organization level to review if its packages receive some attention?
