# JuliaCon 2025 Speakers: please update your availability in PreTalx

Hello all!

If you’ve had a session accepted to JuliaCon 2025 in Pittsburgh, **please** update your speaker availability in PreTalx. You can do this by going to [Login :: JuliaCon 2025 :: pretalx](https://pretalx.com/juliacon-2025/me/) and selecting the dates and times you are available. This is the **primary tool** we use to determine how to place your session on the schedule!

If we have scheduled you at a time that doesn’t work, do not hesitate to reach out to [juliacon@julialang.org](mailto:juliacon@julialang.org) and let us know. Some reasons to move your session:

- You already bought flights/train tickets/arranged a ride for certain days
- You have other responsibilities (childcare, teaching, chairing the UN General Assembly)
- You prefer to present at a certain time of day (morning, for example) – you do NOT need to explain why in detail
- You want to see your friend/student/adivsors’s session at a certain time and there’s a conflict

We will try to avoid spamming everyone’s inbox with “schedule just updated” emails but will try to remind everyone of schedule changes at least every 2 weeks until July. Again, please feel free to reach out with any questions or requests you may have.
