Hi all,

I’m having a problem with the JuliaBloggers RSS feed:

> **[juliabloggers.com](https://www.juliabloggers.com/feed/)**

My RSS software currently only shows posts up to **“TestItems – Modern Julia testing” from April 25, 2026** , even though the JuliaBloggers website has much newer posts.

I don’t have experience with website administration, Cloudflare, or RSS server configuration, so I tried to diagnose the issue with the help of an LLM.

To check whether the problem was specific to my RSS software, I fetched the feed directly with `curl`. The response was:

```julia-auto
HTTP/2 403
content-type: text/html; charset=UTF-8
cf-mitigated: challenge
server: cloudflare
```

The response body is a Cloudflare **“Just a moment…”** page asking for JavaScript and cookies.

I also tried:

- a browser-like User-Agent
- the WordPress REST API endpoint

Both returned HTTP 403 as well.

Based on Cloudflare’s documentation and the LLM’s interpretation of these results, it appears that Cloudflare is serving an interactive challenge instead of the RSS/XML feed. Since normal RSS readers cannot execute a browser JavaScript challenge, this could explain why the feed stopped updating in my software.

I may be misunderstanding the situation, so I’m not claiming this is definitely the site configuration. I’m mainly reporting the reproducible behavior I’m seeing.

Does anyone know:

1. whether others can reproduce this,
2. who currently maintains or administers JuliaBloggers, and
3. what would be the appropriate way to report this issue?

If someone involved with JuliaBloggers sees this, could you please check whether `/feed/` is unintentionally being challenged by Cloudflare?
