Hi all, JuliaAstro needs your help!

We’ve been busy slowly tidying things up in our organization, including:

1. Adding new packages, case studies, etc. to our website: [juliaastro.org](https://juliaastro.org)
2. Getting an official Bluesky account: [`@juliaastro.org`](https://bsky.app/profile/juliaastro.org)
3. Getting an official email address: [`astro@julialang.org`](mailto:astro@julialang.org)

and now we are working on a refresh for our [11 year old logo](https://groups.google.com/g/julia-astro/c/YSKjEd6kCAw/m/NIcasHmiKY0J). So, if you are looking for a good way to procrastinate, please leave your ranked choice vote [at the link here](https://www.rcv123.org/ballot/7qccQxPjRqvcv3RGjv9XF3cM)! Logo candidates are displayed below for your reference:

**Note:** Minor modifications like corner radius and relative sizes will be established internally for the final logo candidate. Transparent svgs can be directly downloaded from the image previews above or [from the repo here](https://github.com/icweaver/JuliaAstro.github.io/tree/logo/images/candidates) if you would like to view them in your own environment.

Voting will close EoD on **2025-10-09T00:00:00Z**.

I wasn’t sure if here or [Astro/Space](https://discourse.julialang.org/c/domain/astro/32) would be the better location to post this, happy to move wherever, thanks!
