Hi guys!

I added the Julia extension in VS Code, but it has the following notification:

The Julia language extension crashed. Do you want to send more information about the problem to the development team? Read our [privacy statement](https://github.com/julia-vscode/julia-vscode/wiki/Privacy-Policy) to learn more about how we use crash reports and what data will be transmitted.

My system is Windows 10, and it has two accounts. I have installed Julia and VS Code in both two accounts. One of the account has no problem, but another has this problem.
I don’t know how to repair.
