# Julia version 1.10.9

I upgraded Julia from version 1.11.4 to version .9. I am receiving a kernel error when running Julia in Jupyter notebook. How can I fix this?

Going from 1.11.4 to 1.10.9 is a _downgrade_ — is that what you’re meaning to do here? There are several possible reasons… but it’s hard to diagnose without the error message or knowing more about how Julia is installed.

If this is really what you mean to do, what’s the error message?
