Julia version 1.7.1, the first patch release in the 1.7 series of releases, is now available. You can get binaries for glibc Linux (i686, x86-64, AArch64), musl Linux (x86-64), FreeBSD (x86-64), macOS (x86-64, AArch64), and Windows (32-, 64-bit) at [https://julialang.org/downloads](https://julialang.org/downloads).

As a patch release, 1.7.1 contains no new features or breaking changes, only bug fixes, documentation improvements, and performance improvements. You can see the list of commits included since 1.7.0 [here](https://github.com/JuliaLang/julia/compare/v1.7.0...v1.7.1). We recommend that anyone currently using 1.7.0 upgrade to 1.7.1.

Note that 1.7 on Travis, [AppVeyor](https://github.com/JuliaCI/Appveyor.jl), [Cirrus](https://github.com/ararslan/CirrusCI.jl), and [GitHub Actions](https://github.com/julia-actions/setup-julia) now refers to 1.7.1.

Enjoy!
