Yes, but nightly may have some new bugs 😉

Choose between the latest stable release (1.2), or the 1.3 release candidates, or master, depending on your tolerance for bugs and willingness to investigate/report issues — see the [risk tolerance personas](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/proposed-release-process-and-schedule/15623) here.
