# Julia temporarily irresponsive on VSCode

Since 1.7 Julia can sporadically become irresponsive for 10s, before starting an evaluation (after pressing the triangle, and not showing _evaluating_).  
No clear pattern, can happen after a fresh start or later. Anyone seen this?
