Julia-Python interface fails in Julia library likely due to wrong SSL credentials

You can now set JULIA_CONDAPKG_OPENSSL_VERSION=ignore if you don’t want CondaPkg to insert the upper bound on OpenSSL. This will allow you to use openssl=3.3 in your Conda environment. However if you get any issues from the incompatible versions, it’s on you!
