It’s time normalized to C’s time (that is why C is ==1). But it should say somewhere. Can you do a PR against: [https://github.com/JuliaLang/www.julialang.org/blob/master/benchmarks.md](https://github.com/JuliaLang/www.julialang.org/blob/master/benchmarks.md) ?
