# Julia master is not responsive on startup

For some time now, I’ve been noticing that both Julia master (compiled locally) and Julia nightly do respond to key strokes when I run the Julia binary (with or without `--startup-file=no`). Once I press Ctrl-C, the problem disappears and Julia starts to behave normally. I cannot find any related issue on GitHub. Am I the only one having this issue?
