# Julia fails to precompile plots

Yes there are several files, but I don’t understand what they do.

I get:

reporting the same issue (or a connected one?)

EDIT: I just realized that my Mac is version 10.13. Could this be the reason of the issue? because in [Failing to precompile Plots due to LoadError (Mac edition)](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/failing-to-precompile-plots-due-to-loaderror-mac-edition/87911/7) they mention that you need at least version 10.14.
