Looks like the Julia discourse is preventing me from linking to the web page I generated with Franklin.jl on my post in this thread: [Deploying a website with Franklin - #8 by tlienart](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/deploying-a-website-with-franklin/38930/8)

It claims my post is spam if I only include the link of to the website I’m trying to debug. If I exclude the link, it’s no longer spam.

This seems rather problematic, because now I can’t link to my website, which I am trying to debug since it is generated by Franklin.jl

Ironically, I now got spammed with 27 emails from Discourse about how I am spamming (even though I can’t post my link to debug my problem)

I rather dislike how my posts and issues get automatically treated as spam here.

Looks like we somehow lost the whitelisting of `github.com` in our site settings — that’s part of what tripped this switch. I’ve re-enabled it and unflagged your posts… and I _think_ you should be allowed to link to it now (although the moderator tools are a little opaque in this regard; let me know if that’s not true). The system can be a little overzealous in its auto flagging at times, but us moderators also get those emails and can address false positives like this (once we wake up).

hi there. trying to post in the package announcement section (\*) from the @control-toolbox account (team work) instead of my @jbcaillau account, but the system prevents me to do so as there are links 🥲 in the post text. i understand that this is a check on recent accounts.

can anyone please give the @control-toolbox account enough trust so as to allow links into posts?

cc: @gdalle

Just wait a day or two, and the account will gain linking privileges automatically, as far as I know.

At least if the account actively participates in some conversation

I’ve changed the trust level from “new user” to “basic user”, which should hopefully be enough.

> It is a pleasure to announce the new release of [OptimalControl.jl](https://control-toolbox.org/OptimalControl.jl) (v1.1). Intended to solve optimal control problems on ODEs, the package features: a [friendly DSL](https://control-toolbox.org/OptimalControl.jl/stable/manual-abstract.html) both [direct](https://control-toolbox.org/OptimalControl.jl/stable/manual-solve.html) (optimisation) and [indirect](https://control-toolbox.org/OptimalControl.jl/stable/example-double-integrator-time.html#Indirect-method) (aka. shooting) methods [solving on GPU](https://control-toolbox.org/OptimalControl.jl/stable/manual-solve-gpu.html) a bunch of examples: [tutorials](https://control-toolbox.org/Tutorials.jl), [applications](https://control-toolbox.org/MedicalResonanceImaging.jl/stable/saturation.html) and [collection of problems](https://control-toolbox.org/OptimalControlProblems.jl) Give it a try, and if ever the syntax below does not look familiar enough slightly_smiling_face… ocp = @def begin t ∈ [0, 1], time x ∈ R², state u ∈ R, control x(0)…

it is actually nice to be sync with JuliaCon Paris this thursday where we have two talks related to the package

cheers

ps. @goerz reminds me of JuliaCon 2023 when, if i’m not mistaken, you were the one validating the first release of OptimalControl.jl on the general registry, just a few days before the conference 🙂
