# About the job

Proficiency in Julia programming language is required, with hands-on experience in developing and optimizing Julia-based applications.

We are looking for a talented and motivated Julia Development Intern with a strong background in mathematics and physics to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience developing AI solutions and working on cutting-edge projects using the Julia programming language. This part-time, remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior developers and leadership, gaining valuable experience in the rapidly evolving fields of Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI.

# Responsibilities

- Assist in developing, optimizing and implementing AI models and frameworks using Julia.
- Assist in implementing mathematical and physics-based algorithms for AI.
- Conduct research and exploratory projects to enhance the efficiency and scalability of AI applications.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and profiling code to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing efforts within the team.

# Required Skills

- Proficiency in Julia programming is a mandatory requirement for this position, as it will be integral to the role’s responsibilities

# Preferred Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with Julia, including coding and basic architecture design.
- Basic understanding of distributed systems, parallel computing, GPU programming, and cloud-based architectures.
- Familiarity with modern LLM Tool stack.
- Strong mathematical and physics background, with expertise in problem-solving and algorithm development.
- Familiarity with other programming languages (e.g., Python or C++) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
