Julia crashes when adding package with ssh, https works

More trouble shooting info:

Using default filenames for keys (id_rsa, id_rsa.pub), ssh test now passes but still crashes shell.

This looks OK, but the shell has crashed and Julia needs to be restarted.

The verbose test throws a bunch of errors, successfully authenticates, then crashes.
