Perhaps:

```julia
ENV["JULIA_SSL_NO_VERIFY_HOSTS"] = "julialang.org"

```

or similar like

```julia
ENV["JULIA_SSL_NO_VERIFY_HOSTS"] = "pkg.julialang.org"

```
