This is inaccurate. The Julia tag on StackOverflow doesn’t have many questions asked. The ratio of unanswered questions is remarkably low, compared to tags of the same volume, and way lower compared to the top tags. If you want some numbers, see for example

I really don’t understand the critics about Julia tag in StackOverflow, it has a remarkably low fraction of unanswered questions, 14.7% as of this writing. For comparison, among the top 20 tags, only [c++], [arrays] and [c] come close with 19.5%, 18.2% and 16.8%, all others float around 25-35% of unanswered questions.
