Hello,

I am very new to this task queue and message broker thing but is there a package or a way to have task queues just like on celery [Celery - Distributed Task Queue — Celery 5.2.7 documentation](https://docs.celeryproject.org/en/stable/index.html#)?

I don’t know much about Celery, but reading this page I’m not sure what this does that julia’s built in task system doesn’t do.

Perhaps read the [concurrency](https://docs.julialang.org/en/v1/manual/asynchronous-programming/) docs and the [multithreading](https://docs.julialang.org/en/v1/manual/multi-threading/) docs and the [distributed computing](https://docs.julialang.org/en/v1/manual/distributed-computing/) and tell us what if anything is missing for you, then we might be able to recommend a package.

Perhaps something like [Actors.jl](https://github.com/JuliaActors/Actors.jl) is of interest.

Take a look at [GitHub - JuliaParallel/Dagger.jl: A framework for out-of-core and parallel execution](https://github.com/JuliaParallel/Dagger.jl) (more analogous to Python’s Dask, but arguably that provides [more functionality than Celery](https://matthewrocklin.com/blog/work/2016/09/13/dask-and-celery)).
