Hi,

I’ve, been trying to register a new version of GMT since [29 July](https://github.com/JuliaRegistries/General/pull/65285). The automatic register fails due to the known `libstdc++` [issue](https://github.com/JuliaLang/julia/pull/45582)

```julia
ERROR: LoadError: could not load library "/tmp/jl_C4sfbH/conda/3/lib/libgmt.so"
/opt/hostedtoolcache/julia/1.8.0/x64/bin/../lib/julia/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.30' not found (required by /tmp/jl_C4sfbH/conda/3/lib/./libgdal.so.31)
```

There is nothing I can (know how to) do restore the automatic registering of new versions. So, can it please be manual merged?
