# Is \`keyword\_argument = Val{true}\` good practice or an antipattern?

I am not referring to the quality of the compiled code - that would indeed be the same either way. However, from what I have read on this forum, this has an effect on whether Julia decides to **pre** -compile your code, and how long it takes to **import** your package.
