As @mrufsvold, @mbauman and @arhik mentioned Rust would be most suitable language for my idea but I miss Julia for it’s Unicode support & those funky looking math symbols in code. I wish there was something like this (LaTeX or unicode) in Rust. I saw somewhere font-ligature can help in writing geek letters in code. But that would not do math operation on LaTeX as in Julia. I saw Alan Edelman Ted talk where he showed Greek math typesetting along with code, I immediately liked it and miss it.
