# Ipopt loading Error:ReadOnlyMemory()

I have installed Ipopt through my local Account. I don’t have Admin privilege. If I use Pkg.test(“Ipopt”) at Julia Command Prompt I got loading Error:readOnlyMemory(). If I compile my code from Atom I got the same error. I reinstalled several times. Can anyone suggest?  
Can I install “Clp” Solver first and second “JuMP” and then “Ipopt”? Will it work?
