Something else is preventing Ipopt from updating. Try ] add Ipopt_jll@3.13.2 I suggest you use a Pkg environment ( 4. Working with Environments · Pkg.jl ) with the minimal amount of packages. It’s hard to debug version compatibilities when you use a single global environment.
