# Interesting comments on someone's journey from R to Julia posted in hacker news

It’s typically best not to provide a direct link to HN, as that tends to penalize the ranking of the article when they see many users are being referred to the article form the same place (brigading). It’s better just to directly link to the article and maybe just mention it is in on HN.
