@slwu89, I don’t mind at all! Unfortunately, I do not have the plotting code any more. Due to scaling issues, and some of my own limitations, I abandoned the idea. Independent sets seems like a promising route. Although I moved on from this problem, I would definitely be interested in learning what you find if this is something you continue to do and wouldn’t mind sharing.
