# Installing Packages Julia v1.7.2

Dear all,  
I m a new user of Julia Language.  
I have installed Julia 1.7.2 and Atom. However, when I run Julia, the following credentials of Github are requested to install the initial packages:

Updating git-repo `[https://github.com/JuliaComputing/BinaryProvider.jl.git](https://github.com/JuliaComputing/BinaryProvider.jl.git)  
When I insert my correct login and key, nothing happes, and a new message appers requesting the username. See below:

Whats the problem? Anyone can I help me please?

Julia support for Atom/Juno is no longer under active development:

You also seem to have downloaded JuliaPro at version 1.0.5, which is very old. You would have to ask JuliaComputing, but i do not think that product is supported anymore. Your screenshot references some very old packages.

I would consider removing the ~/.julia folder and starting again with VSCode.
