# Installation JuliaPro-0.6.2.2

Downloaded the newest version JuliaPro and tried to install. It failed due to a permission denial:

```julia
chobbes@sms0061:~/Downloads/JuliaPro$ ./JuliaPro-0.6.2.2_build-314.sh /home/chobbes/julia
JuliaPro installation has started, please wait until all the files are extracted

OS Detected: Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS
Online Installation : Requires internet access
Like: Ubuntu

Checking pre-requisites...
Installing JuliaPro-0.6.2.2 to /home/chobbes/julia
Running postinstall script
./postinstall.sh: line 4: /tmp/postinstall_results: Permission denied
postinstall script run
/home/chobbes/Downloads/JuliaPro

```

Am I missing anything? Though I’m a super user, prefer not to install via `su`.
