# How to turn off Pluto notebook autosave

As the topic. Just I prefer to close autosave. How could I do this?

I don’t believe that’s an option. AFAICT Pluto does not have options/customization, as a design decision. Why do you want to turn off autosave anyways?

Actually it’s just my personal preference. I like to save by command. And in jupyter one can turn autosave off.

You can just beat the autosave by `Ctrl+S` saving before executing a cell 😉
