The old REQUIRE format uses something like `@osx homebrew`. What is the equivalent for `Pkg3`?
I looked at [latest docs](https://docs.julialang.org/en/latest/stdlib/Pkg/) and [latest Pkg.jl docs](https://julialang.org/Pkg.jl/latest/index.html) but I couldn’t find anything.

It is not implemented yet, see
