# How to exchange x and y axis in band plot

Dear all  
Is there a way to exchange x and y axis in [band plot](https://docs.makie.org/stable/reference/plots/band/) in Makie.jl? For example, I want to have

```julia
 band(y,xlower,xupper)

```

What is a band plot? I have searched here and there is no mention of band plot

You can currently use the form with two point arrays like `band(Point2f.(xs1, ys), Point2f.(xs2, ys))`
