How can i separate between two arrays inside a parent array?

julia> [[x for x in yi if x==[1,0]] for yi in y]
3-element Array{Array{Array{Int64,1},1},1}:
 [[1, 0], [1, 0], [1, 0]]
 [[1, 0]]
 [[1, 0], [1, 0], [1, 0], [1, 0]]

which is the translation of the nested loops:

array = similar(y,0);
for i in y
    arri = similar(i,0)
    for j in i
        j == [1,0] && push!(arri,j)
    end
    push!(array,arri)
end
