For anybody else being on a version before 1.1 (like me):
You need to clone the registry to your local drive first. Otherwise, the name of the Package is not recognised. It is described here.
If I got it right registry add is only available from version 1.1 onwards. (In my case it registry throws an error for an unknown command.)
