# Help locating CI falure reason

I have created a package called EasyFFTs.jl. [This](https://github.com/KronosTheLate/EasyFFTs.jl/actions/runs/3172413090/jobs/5166858031) workflow shows the following error on line 119:

```julia
ERROR: LoadError: ArgumentError: Package Base does not have EasyFFTs in its dependencies:
- You may have a partially installed environment. Try `Pkg.instantiate()`
  to ensure all packages in the environment are installed.
- Or, if you have Base checked out for development and have
  added EasyFFTs as a dependency but haven't updated your primary
  environment's manifest file, try `Pkg.resolve()`.
- Otherwise you may need to report an issue with Base
Stacktrace:

I have no idea how to set up CI. The package is set up with PkgTemplates.jl, but it’s [section on CI](https://invenia.github.io/PkgTemplates.jl/stable/user/#Continuous-Integration-(CI)-1) made me none the wiser. I also tried looking at [this youtube video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vi4Ntd_Vf4A), but PkgTemplates.jl has given me a seemingly different github/workflows structure (I have only CI.yaml instead of Runtests.yaml and Documenter.yaml shown in the video).

I could of course go digging into how CI works, but I suspect there is a simple fix. Could someone point me in the right direction?

Error message is a bit cryptic, I agree: [JuliaLang/julia#45832](https://github.com/JuliaLang/julia/issues/45832).
