# Hello, on my freshly installed julia v1.4.1 on Windows 10, when I do \`run(\`echo he

Hello, on my freshly installed julia v1.4.1 on Windows 10, when I do `run(`echo hello`)` I get the following error, any idea what’s wrong ?

```julia
run(`echo hello`)
ERROR: IOError: could not spawn `echo hello`: no such file or directory (ENOENT)
Stacktrace:
 [1] _spawn_primitive(::String, ::Cmd, ::Array{Any,1}) at .\process.jl:99
