I was wondering if there is any development in Julia that could perform similarly to HEC-RAS (Hydrologic Engineering Center-River Analysis System) ([HEC-RAS](https://www.hec.usace.army.mil/software/hec-ras/) or [https://www.fithydro.wiki/index.php/HEC-RAS](https://www.fithydro.wiki/index.php/HEC-RAS))?
