Hi, I want to work on a **long-term project** in few shot learning algorithms encompassing various techniques and architectures ranging from _siamese networks_ to _neural turing machines_ to _meta-learners_ in Julia for at least 2-3 years starting in a few weeks. I want to take it up as a GSoC project as well. Can I know -
1. What are the current best implementations in the field in Julia
2. What are the best suitable packages available in Julia ecosystem
3. Is this kind of project suitable for GSoC / JSoC
