Hey all, as you may know, the [Julia Language was accepted as a mentoring organization](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/the-julia-language-has-been-accepted-for-gsoc-2021/57477) for [Google Summer of Code 2021](https://summerofcode.withgoogle.com/how-it-works/). We are really excited this year given the updated GSoC program which should enable more students than ever to participate. If you are a student yourself or know students who may be interested, please encourage them to apply! You can find all of the relevant Google Summer of Code links and details on our website: [Hear from some of our past GSoC contributors](https://julialang.org/jsoc/#google_summer_of_code_gsoc)
