I’m using GLMakie to display 2 images.
GLMakie.image(GLMakie.rotr90(image\_data))
GLMakie.image!(GLMakie.rotr90(some\_extra\_data), colormap=“viridis”)

This code will display “some\_extra\_data” and the “image\_data” is no longer visible.
How can I set a transparency value for “some\_extra\_data”?

Just do `colormap=(“viridis”,0.5)`, that will give you a transparent colormap.

It works thanks 🙂 . I have the feeling that the Makie documentation shall be improved. The solution is so simple and I was unable to find it via documentation.

You can always make a docs PR if something is missing
