# Github actions cache not working

Hi,  
I’m trying to make a simple test workflow for my project using github actions:

name: CI
on:
  pull_request:
    branches:
      - main
  push:
    branches:
      - main
    tags: ["*"]
jobs:
  test:
    name: Julia ${{ matrix.version }} - ${{ matrix.os }} - ${{ matrix.arch }} - ${{ github.event_name }}
    runs-on: ${{ matrix.os }}
    strategy:
      fail-fast: false
      matrix:
        version:
          - '1.8'
          - 'nightly'
        os:
          - ubuntu-latest
        arch:
          - x64
    steps:
      - uses: actions/checkout@v3
      - uses: julia-actions/setup-julia@v1
        with:
          version: ${{ matrix.version }}
          arch: ${{ matrix.arch }}
      - name: Cache artifacts
        uses: actions/cache@v3
        env:
          cache-name: cache-artifacts
        with:

```

The tests run and everything, but I’ve noticed that the artifacts don’t actually get cached (from Post Cache artifacts):

```plaintext
Post job cleanup.
Warning: Path Validation Error: Path(s) specified in the action for caching do(es) not exist, hence no cache is being saved.

```

Now, I’ve copied this caching section, and in fact most of this workflow from [OpenML.jl](https://github.com/JuliaAI/OpenML.jl/blob/dev/.github/workflows/CI.yml) and their runs work as intended.

Does anyone have any idea what I’m doing wrong? Because I’m lost.
