# Gadfly: orientation of ticks

Is it possible to have the orientation of ticks in a plot to be at 45 degrees as opposed to `:vertical` and `:horizontal`?

not currently. perhaps submit an issue to request it. likely easy enough for someone new to the codebase to tackle.
