# FerriteCon 2025 – August 28 at DTU

We’re excited to announce **FerriteCon 2025** , a one-day conference focused on the **Ferrite.jl** finite element toolbox, taking place **August 28** at DTU (Campus Lyngby), just outside of **Copenhagen**!

[**Ferrite.jl**](https://ferrite-fem.github.io/Ferrite.jl/stable/) is a flexible and extensible finite element toolbox. It is designed to keep mathematical abstractions while supplying performant building blocks for FEM code. If you’re working with FEM in Julia or are curious about it, this is a great opportunity to learn more, connect with the community, and learn about research done with Ferrite.jl.

🔍 The program will include:

- Talks on **recent developments in Ferrite.jl**
- **Research use cases of Ferrite.jl** and applications across fields
- Discussions with **Julia users** and **open-source contributors**

**You don’t need to be a developer to present!** We welcome talks on all kinds of Ferrite.jl-related use cases - from research projects to teaching experiences.
