Hello everyone,

I’ve made a small package [SpectroscopicUnits.jl](https://github.com/omerchiers/SpectroscopicUnits.jl) to help me converting between units commonly used in spectroscopy.
It is basically a wrapper around the `uconvert` function of [Unitful.jl](https://github.com/PainterQubits/Unitful.jl) and exports a single function `convert_unit`. The difference with `uconvert`, is that `convert_unit` can convert between units of different dimensions which is commonly done in spectroscopy. For instance between nm and Hz or THz for instance. For more details, you can have a look at the README.md.

I have no intention to register it, it is just very useful for my work.
Still I was wondering if some aspects could be improved in terms of generecity, name conventions or anything else.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Olivier
