I have asked a similar question last year without response here ([Metagraphs/GraphIO: How to save graph properties to file?](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/metagraphs-graphio-how-to-save-graph-properties-to-file/23553)).

I ended up with writing a function that does the job for my specific case. Simply write a text file according to your target file format and your input data.
