I think you might be hitting [USE\_SYSTEM\_LLD=1 broken with pkgimages · Issue #49718 · JuliaLang/julia · GitHub](https://github.com/JuliaLang/julia/issues/49718)

The problem in the other thread you started ([Error attempting to use IJulia](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/error-attempting-to-use-ijulia/101513)) is quite likely the same as in here.
