The current release version is 0.5, please try that first.

If that doesn’t work, see [https://github.com/JuliaPackaging/WinRPM.jl/issues/80](https://github.com/JuliaPackaging/WinRPM.jl/issues/80) (likely a certificate issue, proxy issue).

Does 0.5 work? That is useful information for understanding the problem.
