# Error installing PyPlot in juliav1.0 in windows 10 x64

i install julia, and after add PyPlot  
then i try to use, and give this :  
how can i solve it ?

I’m not sure if PyPlot works on 1.0 yet. It does not work for me on Linux right now.

Julia 1.0 was only released a few days ago and packages like PyPlot are still catching up. I’d recommend waiting a week, updating your packages, and then trying again.

PyPlot is working fine for me on Julia 0.7 on Ubuntu Linux. 🙂

I installed PyPlot in 1.0.  
Install LaTeXStrings#master before PyPlot.

Did you also try GR? The only backend I got working so far is UnicodePlots. Pyplot also failed for me on Julia 1.0. I’m on Ubuntu 17.10.
